He's already laid the foundation for saying it won't make a difference. Back about 50 posts ago on the same topic he said Mork is only ONE of known shorters. He then said that a couple more times, again with the emphasis on ONE. This way if Mork posts or delivers the affidavit, RG just says big deal, he's only ONE of many shorters.

For the record. I have giving a SWORN statement in my answers to Mork's Complaint already.

What impact will this LEGAL document have on those whom claim I am a paid shill or promoter of the Company?
