The game was a real crowd pleaser, unless you were watching it from a bar in Denver.

Scrapps, I threw in the line about need it, because that's what these talking heads always seem to say about teams, when it seems they have to fill air time. "They really came to play tonight." "They really need this one." If they don't need it then why don't they just default? The need comment is more over used on the golf broadcasts I think. Ken Venturi popping out with "He really needs this putt."

In any event, it was an all around good show. They started slow, but plenty of clips for lots of Moms of the Niners players.

Hayes, Zoom drop out for Motorola modem division

Motorola put its Huntsville, Ala., transmission products division
up for sale in October shortly after slashing prices by 40 percent.
Sources close to Motorola had said the company hoped a sale would
be completed by November.

"You'd have to be nuts to buy the company," the source said,
referring to the strict terms of the sale.
