Hello! Art,

So we are going to be in the tire business! Guess what I bought today! Yes four new tires!

J.R. made some interesting points on a recent CVIA posting, that actually addresses your thoughts!

I'm guessing that , company name, financials updates, share distribution scenarios, etc. could be part of the informatiom released, but I also am guessing that there could also be some very significant pleasant surprises in store for the CVIA shareholders, in the next series of announcements!

I say this because the CVIA Management has been very careful and deliberate not to jump ahead of themselves in announcing any news details that could appear to be construed as exaggeration, they have tried to be as factual as possible!

Whatever happens over the next weeks, amd months, it looks like CVIA is heading in the direction in getting a "New Lease On Life!".

Someone asked on a previous posting, what I thought the share trading value of CVIA would climb to! I don't know the answer to that question!

However , if one considers that CVIA has been trading in the .04 cent range, with no business, only a shell ( debt free!), and was trading in the .70 + plus range, within the last year, under the previous Management, that Jack Arnold since has removed from the company,
my only comment or wish is the higher the bettor!

Well starting tomorrow, the CVIA merger watch will begin to take on a much larger following ( just my own opinion!) and the fact that CVIA is already a reporting company, I believe put's CVIA in a very positive framework and profile, as an up and commer penny stock to track for quite some time to come! ( Once again just my own opinion!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
