<<Gary, are those 3 additional insider sales filed on 12/12 new ones? I recall Desh selling shares (25K?) a couple weeks ago. Since the shares reported in that filing state that he sold 60K between 11/13 and 11/21, could these simply be the original sum of shares sold plus the additional shares?>> Regarding the whole "insider selling" issue, isn't it possible that when these officers are regularly granted options as a condition of employment, that said options are looked at as taxable income, even before they are exercised ? If this is the case, many of them probably have to sell a few shares every now and then just to pay the taxes on their options. jww
