I saw the tape on the day of that announcement. It appears as though the news hit the wires at about 8 am and the market maker gapped AGPH down at the open.

Tell me does, it take a market maker with a special crystal ball to gap the price down 1 hr after news appears? Or, as you might allege, was the market maker just responding to orders already placed overnight by some insider? I don't see anything illegal happening here but I don't have a clear picture of market activity prior to the bell.

Anyone on this thread able to shed more insights?

John, this stock has been beaten down way below our valuations. Year end tax selling about over and now the bargin hunters coming out in force large enough for a pop. Why suspect evil in a rise???
