There is nothing can compare--not now or ever. It is true that cultures have bad stories of powerful acts. But they are generally clearly mythologised and often comedic. They never have the sinister seriousness of the Hebrew fables. The only acts that come close are the ACTUAL acts of Christian National Socialism and Fascist Communism (and modern monsters like ISIS). They were not so bad as the biblical tales of foreskins, infanticide--and endless rape and genocide--but they gave it a good shot. Fortunately, the biblical tales were tiny slaughters of villages. Not that it made a difference to the victims...
