Look at the TXX and XCI indices. Pricewise hit newer lows, RSI
hit higher lows. It's a sign of bottomming. Still I
think SPX and Dow need to make higher highs
to comfirm tech's significant rally. Otherwise
will do the same like last week. Tech's attempt
of rally will be aborted. Also William R%
hit oversold in most of major stocks in each
sector except msft and csco. They might not
this round of sell off.
