Bill - welcome to the thread. Since you're apparently not shy about your opinions, I wonder if you would share the information that has led you to believe that Zonagen's ED drug (Vasomax) is ineffective? This is, after all, the key argument supporting your position - so please let us have your insight. As a CPA, I'm sure that you're aware of how long it took & how much money was sunk in Amgen, Genetek, etc. I was unaware that $ invested & time in development were indicators of a scam - especially in this industry. But then again, most of us are not CPA's - otherwise we would have noticed Zonagen's "deteriorating fundamentals". When did they begin to deteriorate? When they recently raised >$70 million; when they completed Phase III clinicals; when they signed the deal with Schering; all very ominous events!! Zonagen will begin generating significant revenues when Vasomax is approved - not before - we all know this & accept it. The vote of confidence from Schering, directed by professional pharmaceutical management, means a little more than the opinion of CPA's, Brokers, analysts, etc. BTW - Zona's burn rate, excluding clinicals - which are essentially over for Vasomax, is about $5.5 million per year. And if that goes up, it means they're developing another product - so there goes that argument. IMHO, it is you and the other shorts (amateur, like yourself - or "professional" like Asholio) that are guilty of hype. You have been fortunate with the Asian & tech sector paranoia - but it will end - I hope you don't get hurt too badly. Zonagen has been doing exactly what it should be doing - & doing it well. But please - begin to build your credibility by sharing your technical information on the ineffectiveness of Vasomax - so we all can save ourselves. Good luck.
