President Obama should have known how poorly prepared we are after the Gov't spent $4 Billion on the hospital preparedness program. My daughter and son in law are surgeons at teaching Universities and have advised about meetings during the past week about this potentially explosive danger. The hospitals are unprepared. So, how was all this money spent?

The Clown POTUS should have banned flights from West Africa when the epidemic started.....he has failed in his major Constitutional duty to protect the American people. Another failure by this incompetent and unqualified POTUS.
