This is just the first of a multi royalty stream that management is building out. The management team recently completed a financing and has the capital to execute on another transaction with a combination of cash, stock and debt. As a new royalty company with a small market capitalization the stock trades at an attractive valuation compared to its peers. We feel the valuation gap will narrow as DIV’s management executes on further transitions which we anticipate will happen sometime in 2015.
