All those central bankers are totally clueless. I think any senior member of a CB should not only be an economic expert with hands on experience in the real world but also a PhD in psychology and then may be they will
a. know how to speak and
b, may be better understand the markets

Interest rates need not to be at ZERO to have a healthy recovery, and any business build on OPM should pay its due in interest
