Nurse with Ebola virus to be moved out of Dallas
I predicted this yesterday. This is a good thing. We need to stop messing around with this disease and air lift all Ebola patients to one of the four biocontainment hospitals.

PS stop blaming the Texas hospital, as any other hospital in the US would have similar issues in treating Ebola.

Stop blaming the gov't. The Dallas hospital is clearly the blame.

Prolly not. After the notice from the CDC in July, every hospital should have had a note for the admitting clerk and the intake nurse, reminding them to first ask, "Have you been out of the area in the last 3 weeks? Where?"

If he had answered "yes" at my little country hospital, he would have immediately been put in a negative isolation room in the ER until arrangements had been made to transfer him. Anybody treating him would be in at least full OR scrub gear, cuz the sterile stuff covers up the most skin, booties and headcover would be worn, along with a mask and face shield.
