You didn't think that momentum players would be involved on the down moves - why wouldn't they short or buy puts if it was clear the move had strength? Making downward momentum plays in a bull market? IMO not the smart ones. But then there are probably many who try. I wil allow for this possability. But then I suspect they are likely to come away disappointed except perhaps in a bear market. I do see the typical short seller different from that of momentum players. Bob Graham
