None of that has anything to do ......Oh yes it does, as sure as the sun shines the Hebrew's stay in Babylon really does have everything to do with it. And the follow on contact with the fast rising Persian empire as well after when Cyrus frees them. The Jews had much to learn from the rich, cosmopolitan culture of Mesopotamia. Here they witnessed trade, commerce and religion on an imperial scale. In Babylon the Great, walled ‘City of Wisdom’, there were numerous gods and no fewer than fifty five temples. Here was to be found a vast literature of religious texts, in particular the great epic of creation, the story of Gilgamesh. Here too were legends of the origin of kingship and moralistic fables. And later, much later the greatest sage of all Judaism comes down from Babylon in 100BC , Rabbi Hillel, so we see even further down the line Babylon still has everything to do with it.
