The news is very interesting, although I'm no sure what exactly they mean by it..."if the combined new company, dubbed NewsEdge, generates an expected $75 million pro forma revenue this year that implies $180 million value for the combined effort moving forward, or $10.66 per share. Will have to see how the add'l estimated revenue impacts the bpttom line.
