This will require a huge federal government program with lots of money for a nationwide prevention program and development of a vaccine. It won't be cheap.

Clearly it is at this time not about size, it is more important that departments be better run. I wish they would interview the employee at CDC who approved of the nurse who cared for the deceased Ebola victim and who was ill to travel to Ohio. It is mind boggling how incompetent that employee is...this is our disease center and they must advise caution, not recklessness.
