7. What is exact date ( for those of us who forgot) that Utah Legislature votes on the disposal well?

It is to be brought before the Utah Legislature at its next session. I believe the Hackman report said "..the DEQ is expected to recommend that the legislature approve Enviro-Tec's well permit and place it on the legislative agenda for February of 1998" The legislation is being sponsored by a representative who is local to the EnviroTec well. Once approved, Hackman goes on to say "...it would likely be signed by the Governor in April of 1998."

8. What are the details re EHRC and the stock exchange?

In HK's letter of Nov 18, 1997, he stated:

"Coconino will also receive 495,000 shares of 144 stock in ERHC at a guaranteed price to Coconino of at least $ per share." In the proxy statement, it details the payout distribution of the shares and says that if the ERHC share price dips below the $2 guaranteed amount, ERHC will, at Seller's(Coconino et al) option, "either immediately issue to Sellers suffficient additional shares of freely tradable ERHC stock or pay cash to Sellers equal to the difference."

In addition, all debt on Uinta was removed and CSMA got 185,000 shares returned to them.

10. When Jan. 15 gets here, where does David Smith/Isaacs live?

Tongue in cheek question for David? Maryland or Florida? There's a third choice too: Head Eunuch for some Sheik's harem.
