Ah, the Delta Queen and the American Queen. I always wanted to take a cruise but they are expensive. I read an article by a guy from New York - apparently a big cheese somewhere - who took vacations on the Delta Queen because they were so peaceful.

The Delta Queen was taken out of service because she needed so many updates. They now want to bring her back.

There are so many beautiful places in NA. We're preparing for a car trip this winter. Hoping to get all the way to Louisiana, but that may have to wait for another time. We've never seen the Gulf.
