This administration is committing criminal neglect by failing to secure America against the Ebola outbreak. They must be prosecuted. By refusing to block flights or tighten border security, the Obama administration is aiding and abetting the spread of Ebola and engaging in dereliction of duty by refusing to adopt the default position under such circumstances. The federal government is committing criminal neglect by failing to implement the very measures that have proven successful in other countries in stopping the spread of the Ebola outbreak.

KLBJ 590AM reports: The Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services Department (HHSD) is monitoring a Travis County resident who was a passenger on Frontier Airlines Flight #1143 from Cleveland to Dallas on Monday night. While the passenger is considered low risk, and was not in close proximity to the health care worker later identified with the Ebola virus, the Health and Human Services Department is following the appropriate protocols to ensure that the individual does not present symptoms of the virus.
