I recently had 3 ultrasounds and 1 MRI and didn't need an ID for any of them. So somebody could have walked into your test offices, and said that they were you and received those tests for free? You approve of that?

I wouldn't say that couldn't happen, but that certainly isn't good procedure, certainly not in a facility where the providers aren't personally familiar with you (like an outpatient MRI facility). In a doctor's office where you're seeing your own doctor, that might be different. Surely, if you're in fact an attorney, you can see how an incident like this creates a hole you could drive a Mack truck through in a malpractice trial, right? Standard practice is for provider's offices to make copies of your DL and insurance card and these go into your chart. These days, we often put in small scanners designed specifically to scan these two items.

You're right, Obamacare doesn't require an ID , even illegals can get OBAMACARE.
