I have to wonder out loud if yesterday's rally on 1.3m shares and today's rally on 700k to the upper $23 level and then the subsequent fade to close down 1/4 wasn't due to some interest by Mr. Short in at least taking some profits to pay for post holiday shopping bills. All NASD members had to disclose their short positions at the close on the 15th. In any event, we should know where Mr. Short stands in a week or so. If it was a short covering rally, perhaps we will see a little more fade on relatively lighter volume in the next few days.

It is a single stock which is in reality a conglomeration of many underlying stocks. The underlying stock values determine the value of the holding stock. In an investment sense this is really no different thatn a mutual fund. Of course a true mutual fund must comply with a lot of investment laws. Makes Berkshire Hathaway even better than a mutual fund, and you get Buffet as well.
