Like Paul and Judith I too must warn you this is sort of long. skip to the next post if you want I wont be hurt.

First of all what do we know? FTEL is a bb stock, They have a viable product that works, they have investment companies that believe they can match that product to a marketplace with success, They have increased staff, they have increased space, They have gotten 3rd party endorsements on the products clarity, they have other products that provide revenue, they are a reporting company, The CEO has vast experience in this field and related fields, They have at least 1 signed contract to sell 2.5 million worth. They have a trademark name, they provide the hardware, they provide the software, they can manufacture it, They are being looked at by many small mid and large companies for evaluation, they were hand picked product for trade show, stockholders meeting Feb 27th ,I'm sure I'm leaving things out.
Lets move onto what we think we know?
NASDAQ near future, FNET IPO near future, 2 large carriers looking, future international telco, 100 DVG production a week or 30 a day not sure which, large backbone possible, product flexibility, small purchases, mid sized orders, and large orders, very impressive customer list to draw on. Again I'm sure I'm leaving things out.
My point here is that the reasons why you invest should be somewhere above, coupled with the hope to capture a small % of the incredible market share that Internet Telephony will hold.
IMHO If you are worried that we may go to 3 or 2 its only because you invested funds that were non discretionary. If that's the case, shame on you, and maybe you should sell. If it was discretionary than you are at least free to see this to the end.
When is the end? (or the beginning) The now or never attitude on this thread lately seems prudent. However the time frame I think is a little squeezed. We should as a group try to discuss a feasible timeline for events to unfold. My feeling is that by the shareholder meeting we should have several strong indications that this company is a keeper.
Who should I listen to? So many people have said do your own DD. Once you do that part than you can with a level head identify the posts that are based on reasonable assumptions. After it is all said and done you read everyone's opinions and than you listen to yourself.
Are negative posters bashed here unfairly? Lets define these kinds of posts. First there are very constructive posts that ask the hard questions. Judith comes to mind. There are posts that are educational and at the same time show that FTEL really is not going to corner the market place. Atin comes to mind. Than there is the disrespectful attempt to paint this company as scamers and us as suckers, Tom D. comes to mind. Than there are the posters that claim to be investors but are constantly beating dead horses about the hype or the insider filings or the law suit from AT&T. Many come to mind. I myself have been guilty of pointing fingers at people that did not warrant it. For the most part however, if they write like a skunk than they smell like a skunk. I am so sick and tired of people using this thread as a catharsis for their inner demons. We after all have one thing in common, and that is we are all aware of FTEL. Most of us are pro and some are con . Some have gone the extra steps to learn about this company. Others have utilized this thread as their sole source of information. That's cool for a start, but please be aware that the concepts and the opinions placed here are to be taken with a grain of salt. I have my agenda, its simple buy low hold and than reap my rewards down the road. Others have much more complex agendas.

Finally how many people are going to the shareholder meeting on the 2/27th? I dont know but if it was held on the 30th the totals would have been so far 19 yes 7 tentative yes 12 no. Thanks to all of you that Emailed me and those that responded here

That's enough for now

Jack, Sometime soon someone is going to find out just how good Franklins technology is and these reporters will be able to say,"Some IP telephony systems ARE as good as basic telephone service."
