We're looking for a CTI product for integration with SAP applications for our clients. SAP sent me a carbon promo from AMC, who markets their CTI product TDIS (telephony data integration system)to ERP developers. Never heard of 'em. I've been tracking Aspect Telecomm(NASDAQ:ASPT). Looking for indications of who the "players" really are in this market - suspect that a vendor that get's closely aligned with SAP will play very well. Interested to hear more of your experience with Genesys and SAP Brian. Thanks. Thanks.
