Agree with you there. The lack of "noise level" has allowed me to acquire far more shares than I might've otherwise. The up side is definitely that I've been able to buy cheap shares while relatively few people know what is happening with the company. The downside is that those shares aren't worth more right this minute. Since none of mine are for sale yet, I don't much care about that particular downside.

I'm sure there are many folks who don't believe the news because it's not on the wires. I'm not one of those. I've referred to it before as "legal insider info" and still feel that way, but it was most appropriate when everything was *pending* or *possible*. Now that it's *happening*, it's time for pay wire services, as the company knows full well.

Has anyone else suspected that perhaps Delmar filed the Form 144 knowing that before it expired there would be more news of a significant nature and that the company would be paying one of the wire services to release it? He knows the stock is currently undervalued and has no intention of selling any at such a paltry price.
