Two days ago I saw the Admiral spokesman speaking about the arms and medical supplies dropped for the Kurds. He said 27 parcels hit the target and one missed, but they bombed it so that ISIS couldn't use it. Last night I saw an ISIS film of them recovering an intact parachute drop of weapons and supplies. It suffered no apparent damage from any bombing. Makes me wonder what this administration will say under any circumstances.
