I understand your thinking on Aquarius. But, I'm not so sure that Apollo is at risk given Judge Whyte's wording. Maybe AVNT's investors have written off both ArcCell and Aquarius already and are placing thier bets on Apollo. Why would Apollo "also be gone ...by the weekend"? Thanks.

Coz,

If Judge Whyte kills Avant! product line, we should probably expect a sharp spike up in the price, right after we read their press release, "AVANT! lowers! product! shipping! expense! to! $0!!!!"
