Only if you're rich, according to the Chief Executive..

What an incredibly stupid and arrogant man..

It's ONE THING to lead the poor to actually think they can eventually have a say in their gov't.. It keeps "hope alive" for the future.

But when the Chief Executive blatantly comes out and tells everyone that he opposes democracy because the poor will skew the voting and gain control, that's arrogance and elitism..

THAT is the stuff revolutions are made of.

After all wasn't Mao's "peasant revolution" all about overthrowing the Capitalist power elite and giving "power to the people".. (fancy words, only)?? Isn't that crux of Communism.. to oust the Capitalist exploitation of the poor?
