The day ORCL tanked, if I recall correctly, there were many many strong buys and buys and may be a single hold and NO sell or strong sells on the stock. I guess from that day I stopped asking the question, where have all the analyst gone. They have all gone....... ( fill in your favorite or not so favorite place here).
