More likely than if the shares were at $10? I agree.

However, in terms of real probabilities? Perhaps only the difference between 10% and 15% (not much real difference).

Look at the 100-day chart on this stock. It's making a beeline for 0.00.

Why would any company want to step in now? Altruism?
