Considering labor rates and equipment costs, they are producing series at very aggressive rates. SGI equipment probably has a useful life of between 18 & 24 months. Past that point it is counter productive to have a high paid animator use an older machine. Thus they really are not gaining much real value from the used equipment after a show is completed. Do you have any information on the "kiddie show"? Do you think there will be any merchandising revenues derived from it?
