Some P&F charts to keep things in perspective ...my sense is the high to short still lies ahead of us ... basis S&P futures 1945-1970 looks to be the real battle ground. Think we have a sharp down move ahead of us but think the timing will be tricky, Patience ... First chart is a long term 10x3 (from 2006) of the S&P futures continuous contract. Although it may be difficult to see chart details - the big picture should be clear. The other two are shorter term 10x3 and 5x3. Key resistance levels are pretty clear. This move could really crap out any time since we've come up quite a way - and fast - but my sense is to wait a little longer. Thinking tomorrow morning perhaps ....
