I actually emailed the Ball Co. to suggested they make extra wide mason jars.... would make them easy to eat from so you could pack your lunch, for example, and then eat your meal right from the jar. Yeah, I know they have plastic containers you could use, but there is something much cleaner and appealing to a glass container.

I have the Mason Jar and Mason Jar Salads. Maybe, when your company is gone, we could pick one book and try the recipes and grade them? Say scores of 1,2,3 where 1 is nok, 2 is ok, and 3 is aok? Just an idea... Anyone else wants to join in can do so....
