Tom, I think we need to ask a securities attorney on this thread about the Qualcomm "statement". It just doesn't seem to me that a company can do that without facing major litigation risk. I personally do not expect to see anyone from the Q making any statement except those in the normal course of business. Imagine that they said something comforting, somebody buys, the stock goes down, and they're sued in about 2 minutes. Remember that the Q is in San Diego, hometown of Lerach (sp?), who has initiated many class actions on behalf of shareholders of high tech firms. I could be wrong and I think the e-mail was genuine but that the Q employee who was the author got that part of the message wrong. Regards, Mike Doyle
