Again, RW, you don't know your facts. The oil industry represents 9.8% of Texas' GDP. Texas is extraordinarily well diversified with a huge tech hub in Austin and Dallas and a huge manufacturing base that represents 14.5% of GDP. Oil is a contributor, but not as big as some Dems would claim.
