PS
From my understanding, Wavetech has analyzed and translated all Soviet data on 1800 kilometers of concession, which comprises all 16 known structures. Before Wavetech came along, Huddleston, another seismic outfit, came up with 7.4 billion barrels of oil in 7 of 16 structure
and then discounted that figure by 85% to get 1.1 billion barrels. That figure is the "worst case scenerio" here, so a BIG zero, is NOT a possibility.

Not to appear too obtuse but how credible is the statement that there is "no oil", and by whom and when was it made?
THX
