Dan- I believe this is what Microsoft filed: O'Neill said the significant turning point in the case was last week's filing by Microsoft of a supplemental brief, known as a "defense of technological necessity." "This defense says, 'yes, we did tie the products together, but we had to,'" O'Neill said, in effect an admission by Microsoft. No mention of this on the telephone conference.
