Nope. Microsoft does it all the time and it is a mess every single time.

Still, our users don't come in with a preconceived idea about files and folders as most have not been exposed to it. But the therapists do have, and the parents do have. I hope we've retained enough of the concept while transitioning away from the total commitment to the folder metaphor ;)
