So the price is back up to $299. Price mistake? $250 for the mini 2 is a great deal. Oops, it does look like it was a price mistake. Pricing has been so aggressive on the iPad over the last six months that I thought that it was real. Do you have any idea on share for the iPad in the US? Apple isnt going to be able to replace all of those low-end Android tablets sold in China, but I do think that it could grab back share from Samsung/Amazon in industrialized countries once they hit that $199 price point. I doubt there is much profit at these prices, but I think there is a ton of value from keeping tablet owners inside Apple's ecosystem. Slacker
