Pascal, there are still blocks going at the bid - strange that it's going up anyway. Perhaps MMs know this is the end of the selling and are loading up. Perhaps it's just a ruse. Hint for anyone wanting to buy today - place your buy orders at the bid, and they will be filled, at least on Datek. At least if it falls, you'll have an extra 1/4 point or so cushion, as the spread seems unusually wide today. Anyway, to answer your question - biggest block today, 50K at 16 7/8 (the offer) at 10:12. 40K at 17 1/8 (the bid) at 11:20. About 10 other trades in the 20-30K range, pretty-well distributed throughout the day, and 20-25 trades between 10K and 20K (mostly 10K), also pretty well distributed.
