Henry - All in due time. As CandleStick pointed out, "red tape" is holding up the official announcement, however, several of us have been noting here that the funding was coming, so if people weren't so impatient, maybe they'd stick around for a while. You can't expect a small, emerging company like JMAR to act like GE or IBM. Things don't always happen on schedule or as originally planned, so if you buy a stock like this, you should always be prepared for some "bumps" in the road. From all indications, things should smooth out soon. Betty

henry, I am beginning to think the only "fool" here is you. Which part don't you understand? You cant make a press release "anticipating" something. That would lose all credibility. You cannot announce unless you have the signed papers in your hand. We are talking about the US government here....they will deliver the paperwork when they get around to it. Then you will see the press release. In the meantime, you have to wait. If you are so unhappy with the company, why not just sell the stock. Or are you really short? I wonder. the way you bash them in a public forum can only serve to harm the company, not help or encourage shareholders. It certainly does nothing to encourage new buying of the stock from anyone who may be lurking here. Either you are not smart or you are short. Which is it?
