hahhahahaha on the whirlybird... umm. it is in 10q/k {covenants as far as amount/conversion} the fact that the convertibles are there probably brought bulls into the stock when the first debentures were formed.. you guys all of a sudden ask som,e real questions.. andi am cayght without having this stuff in my cache.. i am gonna redo the edgar work.. juan dominguez surely has this stuff on file.. he seems to have all of the links/ related stuff {must have an extra hard drive or don't follow all that many stocks... in the spirit of comraderie i will he hasa bigger hard drive ;0)} i would rather not do this from my memory.. somehow i woke up on the wrong side of the bed... taxi
