Is ironic as the Boston skyline is mediocre at best from any vantage point pails in comparison to both Miami and Houston yet the heart of the city is so dynamic and eclectic like few others in this country..

I think the DT areas of more and more American cities are becoming more dynamic. It used to be just NY, Boston, Chicago and SF. Now a lot of cities have very active urban cores........even LA.
