New study strengthens link between Arctic sea-ice loss and extreme winters Professor Jennifer Francis, from Rutgers University in the US, explains: "The idea is that ice loss in this area tends to create a wavier jet stream pattern, which causes colder winters in central Asia and blocking patterns that make this weather regime very persistent." carbonbrief.org It's Francis' theory. It is amazing how blind the stupid of mind are to the implication of global observations. The only observation that are global are the satellite data. The satellite data shows globally no warming. But the stupid of mind cannot give up their religious belief in evil man creating CO2 that will destroy the earth. Not really they are mostly give me an excuse to spend other people money folks selling whatever snake oil idea that sounds good. oh well samo samo lamo from the lefty loons of the world.
