Not according to Jack Martinez........why dont you call the company and ask him directly? Or actually go to the Delmonico Hotel at 59th and Park Ave. in Manhattan, if you are in the NY area today. He is there still for the "Equities" conference, and would , I am sure, be happy to clarify that point directly.............;^)

Gooch, Dr. Patterson, is the program manager for Darpa funding in regards to point source lithography. I just sent him an email asking him to clarify what in fact the 10 million dollar grant would be for. I will post his reply, when and if I get one..........;^)
