Paul and others: I just received a call from Bay's IR department. They have seen the Fool's comments. They have chosen not to respond to the comments in that getting into a dialogue will the Fool would not likely help to clarify the issue. After reading the Fool's response to inquiries from SI readers I agree fully. A general comment from Bay's IR Dept regarding the router business is that Bay is not experiencing any more softness that the overall industry is experiencing. (Please note I am trying to be as accurate as possible but please call IR directly before drawing any conclusions from this message). I feel better about the situation after talking to IR. They suggested that they would respond to questions from individual investors who call IR.
