I don't own any warrants, but JMAR's failure to support the warrant purchasers may be the reason they couldn't fully sell the last private offering. The warrants which expire in Feb. '98 were originally sold as part of units which consisted of one share and one warrant. The price was $4.25 when they were sold in Feb-Mar '1993. They raised a much needed $11 million. Now, five years later, the warrants are to expire worthless; and the stock is lower than it was then.

Thanks for the great report today on the happenings. This has to be one of the best news days in awhile. I would agree that if JMAR gets 10 mil, the chances of extending the warrants is diminished (I don't own any). I disagree with your comment that buying warrants is a foolish waste of money. In this particular case it doesn't look like it will pan out, but in many cases they are a great investment. I know firsthand that for pennies on the dollar with some warrants you can realize a great return. I know most on SI don't like warrants but they can be as good as the stock, for a much smaller initial outlay.
