All the Trillion plus dollars of newly manufactured deficit spending between Jan 20, 2009 and Sept. 2009 was not in the Bush 2008-2009 Budget. It was deficit spending approved and signed into law AFTER Bush left Office. Bush had nothing to do with it. Of course, you already knew that, and are purposely being disingenuous. Yet, another strike on your poorly performing integrity... You appear to prefer PoltiFActs over actual FACTS.. If you don't like your FACTS.. Then simply PolitiFact them... There, isn't that easy??
