"The sports reporters just hate the Giants" I didn't know that. They may change. I used to hate the Giants. I used to hate the Giant's announcer. I used to hate Juan Marichal. I used to barely tolerate Willie Mays, or maybe even hated him, too. I hated their fucking song. I hated Gay Lord Perry and his fucking spitball. I was so filled with Giant hate that there was hardly any left for the Rams, let alone Nixon. I did like McCovey, tho, cuz I heard his rookie game (on a family road trip), and he hit 2 singles and 2 triples, not against the Dodgers. Then I smoked a lot of weed. Then I remembered that there was another sport besides the Niners, and I tried to start hating the Giants, and I didn't know any of them, and I was too stoned to hate. Then I tried loving the Dodgers, and I didn't know any of them, and, being from LA, they were easy to hate on General Principles, even stoned. I think that was cuz I coached the Yankees in LL, and the Dodgers beat everybody all the time, cuz they had the mystique that they would win even if they were 5 runs behind with 2 out and nobody on in the 6th, and then everybody on the other teams would choke and they scored a gazillion runs and won. We always beat the Giants.There's a lot to be said for mystique. Anyway, the moral is that the haters should smoke a lot of weed, which will improve both their memories and their hate glands, and then coach a LL team named the Giants, and get beat by the Dodgers.
