Re: I agree with the Justice Dept. that for MS to prohibit EITHER action would be both anti-competitive and a violation of antitrust. If that is your position and everyone(including the judge) think is right, we should apply the same rule to all microsoft OS components defrager, TCP/IP stack, desktop intereface, backup, scheduler etc. This will be very interesting. What do you think when you brought your 97 pontiac with a replaced airconditioner w/o your knowledge? Re: Apparently, the judge feels that way also.
