True, AT&T consumer one rate plan is .10/minute. But you also pay a $4.95 monthly fee to be on this program. If you use 60 minutes of air time a month, add another $.083 to the $.10 to find the true cost per minute. The business one rate plan per minute costs are higher.

Andrew to begin with Franklin will go after corporate LDT & Intranet solutions. But hey, my wife talks to her mother in Connecticut for a lot of money a month. Someday down the road if she can save 25% of a lot of money I'm there.
Edit....I'm sorry I just realized you were not talking about FTEL.

I pay .09 per minute with excllent clarity with World Exchange. This is for 24 hours per day 7 days per week. I've had this rate for TWO YEARS now. However, I do pay $3.50 per month for the service AND, I live in Houston. Due to Texas tarriffs I can only get the .09 per minute in Interstate Calls. Doesn't apply to Intra-state calls. Those can be as much as .40 per minute. The Intra-state aspect of making calls for .075 per minute would be appealing provided the clarity was good.
